Customer was having large amount of water in basement and his current sump pump was not handling the volume of water that was occurring.
Solutions Provided:
We provided him with a partial french drain system and pitched pipe towards sump pump. We reconnected trench when finished. We also installed a 1 ft vapor barrier and flex flange around foundation.
