Homeowner was experiencing very wet and damp basement and was interested in a professional repair to correct the flooding problems.
Solutions Provided:
Scaldino Basement installed 102' of GrateDrain French Drain system with a Grate Sump Basin and 1/3 hp sump pump and also added a power inverter with a 100 amp battery backup. We also added a high water alarm to system. Scaldino also installed 50 feet of discharge line to street. We then installed and supplied 3 window well covers and 3 window well drains. We removed and replaced lower half of wall for system installation.
