We proposed a complete Basement renovation by framing out basement with wood studs and installing 1 bedroom with closets. We installed 1 full bathroom with standup shower, tile floor, toilet and vanity. We then installed a full size kitchenette.

Our owner, Nick Scaldino, went out and evaluated the problem and recommended the installation of a full GrateDrain French Drain System approx. 250 feet pitching drains towards sump pumps. We installed 3 GrateSumps with 3 fast sump pumps. We drilled weep holes in foundation to release water from foundation and installed 1 ft vapor barrier and flex-flange around foundation to close off system.
