Scaldino installed a surface drain in front of basement door with a partial french drain system connecting to sump pump. Scaldino then installed new mold resistant sheet rock where wall was removed for system installation.

Our owner Nick Scaldino inspected home and suggested a partial french drain system in home with a GrateSump Basin and Fast Sump Pump. This system will eliminate any water flowing into home and keep a dry and comfortable living space in basement.

We provided him with a new GrateSump liner and a FastSump 1/3hp pump. We ran the discharge out through the foundation wall with a anti freeze device and connected into a 20 foot underground line so the water drains away from foundation.

We provided her with a Crawl Shield encapsulation system. We drained the crawlspace into the drainage system. We then installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier in her crawl space.

We provided her with a full perimeter GrateDrain system with a full wall ThermalShield vapor barrier. We also installed 1/3 hp FastSump pump and installed an electrical outlet for sump pump.

They arrived as planned, asked if they could use my driveway, very polite and professional. Nick arrived to make sure everything was going as planned. I left them and went to work. On the second day, same time, they were very careful with everything. Nick is very considerate, very helpful with answering any concerns. All in all, excellent in every way. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.
