We installed 3 new basement windows and 2 new window wells. We also installed approx 85 ft of downspout and connected 3 gutters to underground downspout.

Fee estimate to finish the basement (walls, floors), including potential additional waterproofing measures. We moved recently from out of state so we do not understand the exact condition of our basement (some basic things were done), we have no prior experience with basements. The house is 114 years old.
