We provided him with a FastSump Combo 1/2hp primary and backup pump system. We installed FinishShield vapor barrier on all walls in order to drain any wall leaks that might occur. Prior to laying down the new concrete slab we installed 3-4 inches of crushed stone and covered it with DimpleShield drainage matting along with a full perimeter GrateDrain system.

An air-tight GrateSump pump was installed to replace her open Sump pit hole to go along with a crawlspace encapsulation system with structural repair to turn the crawlspace into dry usable space. By doing so, we turned 2000 sq feet into Dry usable space.
