We had a great experience with Nick and team. We bought a home and subsequently found out that ground water seeps into the basement when it rains. We brought in several companies for an estimate, and were concerned as some of the estimates were north of $9K. Nick came and gave us a very competitive estimate, was able to start the work quickly, and his team worked quickly to minimize the inconvenience. Not only that, Nick also agreed to include waterproofing the stairs leading into the basement at no extra cost. Thus far, everything works as advertised! Glad we went with Scaldino!
Not Completed Yet
We installed a Full Grate Drain System with a Sump Basim and Fast 1/3 hp Sump Pump. We also added a High Water alarm for further protection. We also installed a Santa Fe Classic Dehumidifer.

We installed 160 ft of GrateDrain System along with 2 GrateSump Basins and 1/3 hp sump pump. We also installed a 3" discharge line buried to street.

We installed 40 ft of Grate Drain French Drain along with a GrateSump Basin and Fast Sump Pump with a 3" Discharge line.

We installed a Full Grate Drain French Drain System along with a GrateSump Basin and 1/3 hp Fast Sump Pump We also completed a Full Basement Demo. Removing all debris and furniture in basement to prepare for finishing. We went back at a later date and installed 11 carbon fiber straps.
