We had gotten 2 estimates from large waterproofing companies before I found Scaldino Basement on Angie's List. The price was very reasonable compared to other two and I'm glad we chose Scaldino basement instead. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions; immediately responded to all emails and and provided additional information when needed. The job took 2 full days and the crew was great. No complaints at all and I would certainly recommend to others.

Scaldino Basement waterproofing installed full GrateDrain french drain system.Install 1ft vapor barrier around foundation. Installed GrateSump Basin Combo with Fast Sump Pump 1/3hp (3yr warranty). Install 3' Discharge line, Bubbler Pot for exterior discharge & Ice Cop Freeze Stop for discharge line. Install Sump Pump Power Inverter for primary sump pump with 100amp 12VT battery.

Sump Pump is not working and the alarm is going off
The concrete basement stairwell floods up with water when its raining heavy. I need to see if you guys any solution for the cracks that are present outside the which is causing for the water to come inside. Please contact as soon as possible.
