Scaldino Basement waterproofing installed Partial GrateDrain french drain system. Install 1ft vapor barrier around foundation. Install GrateSump Basin Combo with Fast Sump 1/3hp (3yr warranty). Install Thermal Shield Vapor Barrier. Install 3" Discharge line, Bubbler Pot for exterior discharge and Ice Cop Freeze Stop for discharge line. Remove/chisel out old concrete plaster around sewer pipe inlet and replace with new hydraulic cement.
