Supplied and installed "GrateDrain" french drain system, Jackhammered approx 14" away from foundation, Dug down approx 8-10 inches, Installed 3/4 clean stone,Drilled weep holes in block foundation, Installed 1 ft vapor barrier and flexi-flange around foundation, Pitched GrateDrain pipe towards sump pump(s). Supplied and installed buried 3 inch PVC pipe, 10-15 feet included. Anti freeze device for discharge line. Supplied and installed buried 3 inch PVC pipe, 10-15 feet included. Removed and disposed of concrete where new discharge is installed. Installed new concrete. FastSump inverter with 100AMP 12 VT Battery.

We provided a partial french drain system with a Grate Sump Basin and Fast 1/3 hp sump pump. We also added a 3" discharge line to street to discharge water.
