We provided him with a Crawl Space encapsulation system. We drained the crawlspace into the drainage system that was already in the basement. We also installed a Sante Fe dehumidifier in the basement and ducted it into the crawlspace in order for it to dehumidify both spaces efficiently.

Scaldino Basement injected seal in the cracks in wall then we installed a partial GrateDrain system and FinishShield vapor barrier. We installed a GrateSump system with a Fast sump 1/3 hp primary pump. We ran discharged for the pump up and outside of the house into a 40 foot underground PVC line.
