Jackhammer approx. 14" away from foundation. Dig down approx. 8-10 inches. Install 3/4 clean stone. Drill weep holes in block foundation. Install 1ft vapor barrier and foundation. Pitch GrateDrain pipe towards sump pump(s). Reconcrete trench when finished. Thermal Shield Wall Protection.

We dug yard and installed concrete footings and concrete blocks, we removed part of foundation to install doorway and installed limestone trends on top of steps and sidewalls. We also installed drainage at base of landing to connect to existing drains. To protect basement we installed a GrateSump Basin with a 1/3 hp Fast Sump Pump and supplied and installed outside surface drainage and ran a new 3" PVC pipe to sump pump.

We installed a GrateSump liner with a 1/3 hp FastSump pump . We also supplied and installed a sprinkler cover for sewer line in basement which helped eliminate odor.
