We provided a new GrateSump liner and FastSump 1/3 hp pump. We ran the discharge out through the foundation wall and connected into a 20 foot underground line so the water drains away from the foundation.

We installed a full perimeter drainage system with full wall vapor barrier. We also installed a GrateSump Combo primary/backup pump system. We then framed out basement with metal studs and installed 2 bedrooms with closets using mold resistant Sheetrock for walls and Sheetrock for ceiling. Painted walls and installed trim around walls,doors and windows. Installed new electrical outlets and recessed lighting per code. Installed standup shower, tile floor, vanity and toilet in bathroom.
