We leveled off the floor and brought in 4 inches of crushed stone. We installed a new Grate Sump combo double pump system that included a battery backup system. We then covered the stone with a dimpled membrane and then poured a new cement floor over it. While leveling off the floor we installed a reinforced concrete footing in order for the new steel support column to be installed.

We provided them with Flexshield crack repair. This repair seals the crack and has a second layer that will drain the crack below the basement floor if the first layer ever leaks . It stays flexible so it will move with the foundation during seasonal changes.
