I called Scaldino this morning stating my sump pump was not working. They scheduled an appointment for Monday but said they would reach out to the techs and see if anyone could come today. Rob came by at 12:30 he was early I was expecting him at 1. He came in explained everything he did to me as he did it. Once the new pump was installed he explained in great detail how at works. He also showed me what to do if I felt something was not working. As we went thru this he noticed that the pump was working as he expected. We discussed what could be the issue and uncovered that my drain pipes outside were frozen. He then proceed to help me correct that. We discussed options for once the ground softens to solve the drain issue. I also have another pump he looked at and determined it was not functioning either. I will be working with them to correct that one in the near future. The price I was quoted on the phone is the price I payed even with the extra work Rob did. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He's main concern was that I was happy and had no issues with the pump he installed.
