Supplied and installed "GrateDrain" French drain system. Jackhammer approx. 14" away from foundation. Dig down approx. 8-10 inches. Installed 3/4 clean stone. Installed 1ft vapor barrier and foundation. Pitch GrateDrain pipe towards sump pump(s). Installed and supplied GrateSump double liner with fast sump pump. Supplied and installed buried 3 inch PVC pipe 10-15 feet included. Supplied and installed bubbler pot for exterior discharge. Insulating wall vapor barrier. Removed walls as required for system installation including sheetrock and framing. Supplied and installed "Gratetrench" surface drains around utilities and at back door. Demoed shower in bathroom to get to foundation wall. Installed and supplied new Wiseaire 95 Moisture Control unit.

We provided them with a full Grate Drain System with a new Grate Sump Basin and Fast 1/3hp pump. We provided a Sump Pump Inverter with a 100 amp battery. We then framed and installed Sheetrock in room room to prepare for Finish.
