Foam Injection Warranties and Long-Term Performance
A foam injection project begins with a sub-base survey using a steel probe rod to confirm void locations and estimate their lateral extent. Injection ports are marked at measured intervals across the settled area, typically every 18 to 24 inches. The resin is pumped under pressure in controlled bursts, expanding to fill the void and develop lifting pressure against the slab underside. A technician monitors elevation at reference points during injection, stopping the pump when target grade is restored. Injection holes are grouted flush with a color-matched cementitious compound that cures within an hour.
